Most of us pack a torch for the walk back from the toilet block and a separate lantern for the tent, then lose one of them in the dark. The clip doing the rounds on Reddit shows one silver light doing both: a zoom torch that throws a beam across a field, a glowing lantern tube that slides out of the body, a lampshade that clips on top and a pole that pops up so it lights the whole table.
What Makes It Stand Out
This Amazon UK listing is the same design as the light in the video. There are two separate buttons, one for the spotlight torch and one for the side lantern, so you are not clicking through every mode to find the one you want. The torch beam zooms from a wide flood to a focused spot, the lantern has warm light settings, and the retractable pole lifts the light up to around 52cm. Open the three light panels and they rotate up to 270 degrees for wide, soft light over a camp table or a garden party. It stands on its base, hangs from a hidden metal hook, and charges by USB-C from a 3000mAh battery. Folded, it is about 25cm long, so it slips into a rucksack.

Real Talk
This is a new listing, so there are very few UK reviews yet and we cannot tell you how it holds up after a full season of camping. The battery is on the small side: the seller quotes just over three hours on the full-beam torch and around five hours on full-brightness lantern mode, so for a long weekend you will want a power bank or a charge in the car. The telescopic pole is fine on a table or flat ground, but it is a light, not a weatherproof floor lamp, so do not leave it out in the rain.
